4. 대기 시간이 20~45분인 환승은 왕복 요금(양방향 환승)으로 부과됩니다.
5. 대기 시간이 60분을 초과하는 경우 해당 서비스는 폐기 처리(최소 3시간)로 간주됩니다.
6. 도착편 픽업 서비스:
    – 60분에서 90분 대기 시 왕복 픽업 요금으로 청구됩니다.
    – 90분 초과 대기 시 폐차 서비스 요금(최소 3시간)으로 청구됩니다.
7. 특별 이벤트 기간(예: 포뮬러 1, SEA 게임, 중국 춘절)에는 요금이 달라질 수 있습니다. 이벤트 당일 요금은 당사에 문의하시기 바랍니다.
8. 23km를 초과하는 환승(예: 창이 공항에서 투아스까지)의 경우 추가 요금 SGD 15가 적용됩니다.
9. 오후 11시부터 오전 6시 59분 사이의 서비스에는 자정 할증료 SGD 20이 적용됩니다. 13인승 이상 승합차의 경우 자정 추가 요금은 SGD 45입니다.
10. 적시에 서비스를 제공하기 위해 추가 비용 없이 배정된 차량을 업그레이드하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
11. 추가 정류장:
     – 원래 경로에서 5km 이내의 정류장에는 SGD 20의 추가 요금이 적용됩니다.
     – 5km 이상 떨어진 정류장의 경우 왕복 이동으로 요금이 부과됩니다.
