- All prices include chauffeur, petrol, ERP and car park fee.
- Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged minimum booking fee.
- For extension of hourly hire service, timing above 15 minutes will be billed according to price per hour.
- Estimated time of last minute booking arrival for vehicle will be around 20-30 minutes subject to availability.
- For transfer, waiting time more than 20 minutes but less than 45 minutes will be considered as 2-way charge.
- For transfer, waiting time more than 60 minutes will be considered as Disposal charge (Min 3hrs)
- For arrival transfer waiting time after flight landed, if more than 60 minutes but less than 90 minutes, will be considered as 2-way charge.
- For arrival transfer waiting time after flight landed, if more than 90 minutes, it will be considered as Disposal charge (Min 3hrs).
- Above price does not apply during F1, SEA Games, Singapore Air Show and Chinese New Year. Please contact us for the rates.
- For All Transfers (Airport Transfer/Point-to-Point), distance exceeding 23 KM will incur additional $15 charges (i.e: Changi Airport to Jurong/Tuas/Pioneer)
- Midnight surcharge is applicable from 23:00 to 06:59hrs at $15 per transfer
- Midnight surcharge is applicable from 23:00 to 06:59hrs at $20 per transfer or $20 per hr for Mercedes S-Class (W222), 23-Seater Coach, 45-Seater Coach & Luggage Van
- We reserve the right to upgrade/change the vehicles at no additional charge.
- Additional $15 (within 5km) will be charged for extra stop, if exceeded 5km consider 2-way Transfer
