How far in advance should I book your car service?
When your travel plans are definite, please send us an e-mail or contact us via WeChat to make your reservation. We have one of the largest fleets and chauffeur staff in Beijing City, and we can respond to short notice for urgent bookings.
Can I rent a car without driver with your company?
Sorry, we don’t provide car rental only service in Beijing. All our services come with both driver and car. And please note that an International Driving Permit is invalid in China; you can only drive in China with a Chinese Driver’s License.
Which section of Great Wall do you advise to go?
We usually advise visiting Mutianyu Great Wall since it has fewer tourists, especially during weekends, holidays, and summer holidays. You can also consider Jinshanling Great Wall or Simatai Great Wall if your budget allows.
Do you need deposit when car booking is confirmed?
Yes. A deposit is required when your booking is confirmed. Usually the deposit rate is 30% of the total amount.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Credit Card (via PayPal), PayPal, WeChat, AliPay, Wire Transfer, Western Union, and cash.
When will I get the driver’s information?
The driver’s name and phone number will be sent to you one day before the service date via email.
Where do I meet driver at Beijing airport or hotel?
At Beijing airport, your driver will meet you inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name on it. At a hotel, the driver will meet you in the lobby. If you do not see your chauffeur, please call +86 151 0108 7860 immediately.
What if my flight is delayed?
When making the booking, please share your flight information. Usually there is no extra charge for flight delays. Our driver will track your actual arrival time and pick you up accordingly.
How long does my driver wait for me when pick up?
For airport pickup, your driver will wait 60 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time. For hotel pickup, your driver will wait 15 minutes. Additional waiting time will be charged.
How many kilometres and hours are included for standard service?
Standard service includes 8 hours and 100 km. Extra hours and extra kilometres are charged additionally, and rates vary by vehicle type.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or WeChat. If your request is within 24 hours of the service time, please call directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Single-day service (personal reasons):
3 days before: 100% refund
2 days before: 50% refund
1 day before: 20% refund
Service day: no refund
Multiple-day service (personal reasons):
50 days before: 100% refund
20–49 days before: 50% refund
5–19 days before: 20% refund
0–5 days before: no refund
This policy may not apply if a special cancellation statement is shown on the booking page for certain cities.
How can I get a copy of the invoice?
