- You pay a fixed price confirmed before booking. There are no hidden extra charges unless your service exceeds the confirmed hours, mileage, route, or included items.
- For a full-day charter, the standard service usually includes up to 8 hours and 100 km. Extra hours or extra mileage will be charged separately.
- For airport pickup, 60 minutes of free waiting time is usually included from the actual flight landing time.
- For hotel, railway station or city pickup, 30 minutes of free waiting time is usually included.
- For service before 7:00 am or after 11:00 pm, an extra USD 10 may apply.
- All vehicles are equipped with working seat belts and air conditioning, and are kept in good condition.
- For airport, railway station, cruise port, or hotel pickup, the driver can meet you with a name sign.
- A deposit is required once the booking is confirmed.
