- All passengers must get out of the vehicle with their luggage when crossing China immigration and complete border procedures on foot before reboarding.
- The price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, and toll fees.
- Our standard vehicle is a Toyota Alphard or Vellfire 7-seat van, which can carry up to 6 passengers including children and babies.
- An 8-seat van is available for an additional fee of CNY100.
- Pickup is available from Hong Kong and nearby cities such as Panyu, Foshan, Shunde, Shenzhen, Dongguan, and Zhongshan.
- For services between 23:00 and 07:00, an additional late-night surcharge of CNY200 applies.
- The listed rate is for direct point-to-point transfer. Extra pickup or drop-off points will incur an additional charge of CNY100 to CNY200 per point.
- Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes at pickup and 30 minutes at the border. Additional waiting time is charged at CNY250 per hour, and any part of an hour is charged as a full hour.
- Driver details, contact number, and vehicle plate number will be sent one day in advance.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in effect, all services will be suspended.
- Please make sure you have a valid visa and all required travel documents before booking and traveling.
- All extra charges, including waiting fees and other surcharges, must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
