4. The price is for point-to-point service. Additional charges of  100-200HKD apply for extra drop off points
5. Free waiting time at airport is 60 minutes after landing. Overtime will be charged at HKD300 per hour. Less than one hour will be counted as one hour.
6. Free waiting time at hotel is 30 minutes, Overtime will be charged at HKD300 per hour. Less than one hour will be counted as one hour.
7. If customers specify the West Tunnel route, an additional HKD60 will be charged per trip.
8. For service between 23:00 at night and 07:00 in the morning, an additional fee of HKD200-HKD300 will be applied.
9. The quoted price is for regular days. During peak holiday periods, prices may increase by 35%.

1. Do I need to tip the airport transfer driver?

Delightcar’s Hong Kong airport transfer service already include the driver’s fee, and customers do not need to tip the driver.

2. What should I do if I encounter a flight delay? 

The airport pick-up driver will follow the flight status and wait for the guest according to the flight landing time. Customers should also contact the driver immediately after arriving at the airport. We usually do not charge guests additional fees for longer waiting times due to flight delays. However, if the waiting time exceeds 20 minutes due to reasons other than flight delays, we may charge  a surcharge.
