Flight Delays & Waiting Time
- We monitor your flight arrival time.
- If your flight is delayed, the airport pickup time is adjusted according to the actual flight arrival time without an additional flight-delay charge.
- Airport arrival pickup includes up to 90 minutes of waiting after the actual flight landing time.
- Additional waiting after the included period is charged at $5 per 30 minutes.
- Please contact us if immigration, baggage collection or other circumstances are expected to cause a longer delay.
