How long in advance should I place my reservation?
It’s recommended to book 1–3 days in advance, especially during events or holidays. For urgent bookings, availability needs to be checked first.
What’s the waiting time to meet the driver at Shanghai Airport?
60 minutes of free waiting time is included for airport pick-ups from the flight landing time. Extra charges may apply after 60 minutes.
Where do I meet my chauffeur driver for pick-up?
The driver will meet you at the airport arrival hall or your hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name.
Is there any charge if the plane is early or late?
No extra charge for early or late arrival as long as the flight number is provided correctly.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, credit card, WeChat, Alipay, Western Union, wire transfer, or cash. Usually a 30% deposit is required, and the balance is paid in cash to the driver at pick-up. Some services may require full payment at booking.
What is your Change Policy?
Changes should be made by phone or email more than 12 hours before pick-up time. If a change results in a cancellation, the full amount may be charged.
