- Additional waiting time is charged at HKD300 per hour, and any part of an hour is counted as a full hour.
- If your flight is delayed for a long time, we may arrange another driver and vehicle. Please keep your phone available.
- Customs clearance time is not guaranteed. It may be longer during holidays, weekends, peak hours or when further inspection is required.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in effect, cross-border service may be suspended.
