A China visa may be required to enter Zhuhai, unless you are from a visa-free country or eligible for other entry policies.
Immigration and customs checks are required when crossing between Hong Kong and Zhuhai.
For Hong Kong immigration, passengers may usually complete the process while staying in the vehicle.
For Zhuhai immigration, passengers usually need to get out of the vehicle with luggage and complete border procedures on foot before reboarding.
Please do not carry forbidden or restricted items.
The driver has the right to refuse service if passengers carry prohibited items.
Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting time from actual flight landing time.
Hotel or city pickup includes 30 minutes of free waiting time.
Additional waiting time is charged at HKD300 per hour, and any part of an hour is counted as a full hour.
If your flight is delayed for a long time, we may arrange another driver and vehicle. Please keep your phone available.
Customs clearance time is not guaranteed. It may be longer during holidays, weekends, peak hours or when further inspection is required.
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in effect, cross-border service may be suspended.
