- All quoted prices include a professional chauffeur, petrol, ERP (Electronic Road Pricing), and parking fees.
- A grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Overtime beyond this will be charged on an hourly basis.
- For last-minute bookings, please allow 20–30 minutes for vehicle arrival. Fulfillment is subject to availability.
- Transfers with waiting time between 20–45 minutes will be charged as a round-trip (2-way transfer).
- For waiting time exceeding 60 minutes, the service will be considered as a disposal arrangement (minimum 3 hours).
- Flight Arrival transfers:
– 60 to 90 minutes of waiting will be charged as a 2-way transfer.
– Waiting time over 90 minutes will be charged as a disposal service (min. 3 hours). - During special event periods (e.g. Formula 1, SEA Games, Chinese New Year), rates may vary. Please check with us for event-day pricing.
- For transfers exceeding 23 km (e.g. Changi Airport to Tuas), an additional fee of SGD 15 applies.
- A midnight surcharge of SGD 20 applies for services between 11:00 PM and 6:59 AM. For vans with 13 seats or more, the midnight surcharge is SGD 45.
- We may upgrade or change the assigned vehicle at no extra cost to ensure timely service.
- For additional stops:
– A surcharge of SGD 20 applies for stops within 5 km of the original route.
– For stops over 5 km away, the journey will be charged as a 2-way transfer.
