Important travel notes
- Hong Kong Airport pickup includes 1 hour of complimentary waiting time after the scheduled arrival time. Additional waiting time is charged at USD50 per hour, and any part of an hour is counted as a full hour.
- Our standard vehicle is a 7-seat Toyota Alphard, which can accommodate up to 6 passengers. An 8-seat Hong Kong van + Macau van option can also be arranged at an additional cost.
- Hotel pickup includes 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Extra waiting time is charged at USD50 per hour.
- The listed price is based on direct point-to-point transfer. If you add an extra stop, an additional charge of USD50 will apply. Waiting time at the stop should not exceed 30 minutes, otherwise an extra waiting fee of USD50 will be charged.
- Children and babies are included in the passenger count, as each passenger occupies a seat. Overloading is not permitted.
- Regular service hours are 07:00 to 23:00. A night surcharge of USD50 applies for service between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Complimentary waiting time during immigration or border procedures is 30 minutes. Additional waiting time is charged at USD50 per hour.
- Driver details and vehicle number will be sent one day in advance.
- Prepayment is required once the booking is confirmed.
- If a No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended
