Q: How do I meet the driver?
A: For hotel pickup, the driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. For airport pickup, the driver will wait in the arrival hall outside the luggage claim area holding a sign with your name.

Q: How long will the driver wait?
A: Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes for hotel pickup and up to 60 minutes for airport pickup based on actual arrival time. Additional waiting time may incur a surcharge depending on vehicle type.

Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: Our driver can monitor your flight arrival time and adjust the pickup accordingly.

Q: When do I need to make payment?
A: In most cases, a deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the remaining balance can be paid before the trip or directly to the driver, depending on the service arrangement.

Q: Can I request extra stops on the way?
